We hope you're all doing well. It has been a while since our last announcement, and we’ve made a number of updates behind the scenes.

UI Updates & Development
We are currently working on major upgrades to the UI and overall user experience. We've also expanded our team to support these improvements.
Please join us in welcoming @w1z to the staff team! He will be assisting primarily with support tickets and community inquiries.


Ticket & Report Response Times
Over the past few months, both CR and I have been dealing with some personal matters that affected our availability, resulting in delays for approximately 40% of support tickets. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
With @w1z now on board, support response times will significantly improve. If you have any issues, please don’t hesitate to open a ticket — we’re here to help!


Download Links & Recommendations
There are many download services available these days. We recommend using trusted platforms like:

• Mediafire
• Mega
• Google Drive

You may also use Linkvise and Discord file uploads as alternative options.


How to use Linkvise:
In case of issues such as account concerns or bypass needs, you can use this tool:

For Discord:
There is no tool but, If you have any discord link Make sure paste that link in Some Channel of discord. Discord will make it embedded. If that link doesn't work for you then you have right to open ticket for report.

Hello everyone,

As you are aware, we are diligently working every day to assist you and provide as much content as possible. We continue to encourage you to contribute by sharing your own content, enabling others to benefit and connect with us.

Furthermore, we express gratitude to all those who share their appreciation with us and assist us in enhancing our services.

For our July update, we would like to share a few insights with you and address questions that have been raised in reports or private messages. But before diving into that, we would like to share some security updates with all of you.

Security Updates
As you are aware we are currently focusing on making thing better and easy for you along with that We are also looking into creating Policies in Site , In order to protect your data and make it secure as possible. Thus, We can sure you that majority of data is being protected in proper way and secured.

Free Assets Posts
As we have discussed this thing before and will put it back again. The post you can find on GitHub or the post you can find in FiveM CFX Forums. You can post it and charge it. But there is limitation. As staff will look into things along with it too. The maximum Charge on the Free Assets (Not talking about leaked ones), Github links ones, or Available on CFX forums could not accede from 10 Credits For other assets you can put whatever you like, We won't stop you.

Duplicate Posts
If you see any duplicate post, Or in other words considered to be a repost. Make sure the first poster or the person could report to us and share us the proofs along with it. So we could verify who is the first person who posted it. All you need to make sure along with it that Download link should be mentained. Probably request to use Mediafire, Mega and google drive (With Hyperlink)

Refund for issues
Let me tell you something, there was no announcement made by any of the staff team that you will get refund if any download link is invalid or missing. There was no statement related to that was made but still our team decided to give it to you when u have reported to us.
From now onwards, If there would be an issue like this for invalid link dead link only refund which could be given to you is 50% of it. That's all. As we do know with that system people could misuse it for bigger plans and we won't to happen in this community. Before purchase. All you need to do it go to their comments section verify that link is valid or not if there are no comments available that does say invalid link or update the link then try it (We can't assure it for you still it would be valid or not because of Discord link) for which Refund 50 % policy is there

Backdoors in Scripts
We do understand, also sometime also come in same category that we post something that has backdoor, And it happens with majority of times. If you see such scripts that you do know that it does have backdoor, immediately report us with proof and line code so we could confirm and remove that thread easily. Don't blame any person as he is not able to sometime check the script due to lack of his real lifetime. Thus, let him know that "It does have backdoor could you remove it please" . And along with Reporting to us so we could prevent from Backdoors.

Ticketing / Reports
As we do recieve more then 3 to 20 reports per week. It rather takes sometime along with it. Specially on Weekends As I personally take break from Forums. So I can relax myself. But Staff will be to moderate you and they will let me know for any serious cases.
