using a cleaner wont help if you insert backdoors into the files that are in js or encrypted the hostings still report that there are backdoors so either you inserted the backdoors or you show us proof that you actually used the scanner

Are you seriously just using the same image and posting it everywhere? Do you not have anything else? This is honestly irrational behavior.
