Hi,
I like to address one of common issues that NVIDIA uses mostly get while shadow playing FIVEM RP stuff. As Shadow play is needed for player in order to record POV of Situation. You might hear different solutions. Some does work or some work temporarily.
Let us share the one I came up with long time ago while we used to have this issue
Once that is done Restart FiveM and Enable Ingame overlay once.
From this onwards NVIDIA GForce will never get closed

- %localappdata%/FiveM/FiveM Application Data Or goto FiveM directory of yours and Goto Application data
- Right click on CitizenFX.ini
- Once you open it . Place DisableNVSP=0 at very bottom and save it
Once that is done Restart FiveM and Enable Ingame overlay once.
From this onwards NVIDIA GForce will never get closed
